Rein’s encouragement to update the information available at our website, www.uib.no/mbi  /  www.uib.no/en/mbi also included our research group and research program webpages.  These can only be edited by a limited number of persons as decided by the leader of the individual group or program.   If you want to appoint a new editor/writer, please contact Knut Olav.

To access the pages, log in to www.uib.no/user

Then click on the «webdesk» link in the upper left corner.  In the webdesk, group and program pages will be termed «areas».  You can access these from the left hand menu.  Other pages, events etc which you have edited can be found in the right hand menu.

There are also courses on webpublishing which are available form the same webpage.  Locally, Knut Olav will be able to give instruction, to help setting up pages and to publish content for you.

We encourage everyone to have a look at their own group/program’s webpages, and to raise any suggestions you have to improve the information there on your next group meeting.
